Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Support Executives (CSEs) to join our lead generation and survey campaign team. for 1 month contract. The CSE will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients/customers via calls or emails, gathering accurate data, generating qualified leads, and conducting market research surveys as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to generate leads or conduct surveys.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and capture detailed notes in CRM.
- Maintain and update lead lists and customer databases with accurate information.
- Handle objections professionally and identify decision-makers for follow-ups.
- Accurately capture responses to survey questions and ensure completeness.
- Work closely with the team lead/manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and data privacy.
- Provide feedback on call scripts and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or survey calling (international or domestic campaigns).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and data entry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving KPIs.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or market research campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Exposure to international calling (US/UK markets preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
