Job Role:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Representative who will speak with students or parents over the phone, provide information about our IAS coaching programs, and help them with admissions or queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential students and explain course details clearly
- Handle incoming queries via phone
- Follow up with leads and interested candidates
- Maintain call records and update databases
- Support admission counselors with student coordination
- convert enquiry leads
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
