Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a key role in enhancing their experience with Edify.club. You’ll help address customer queries, provide support, and contribute to building a strong and positive community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Provide accurate information about Edify.club offerings and services
- Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Work closely with other teams (product, marketing, community) to ensure a seamless user experience
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing customer service processes
- Contribute to member engagement and satisfaction initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proactive, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/graduate studies
