Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, ensuring adherence to the sales process, and delivering excellent communication and service to customers.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote luxury timepieces to customers.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships through excellent sales service.
- Create and maintain a network of loyal customers.
- Attend and support company events and activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, operations, and customer service within the store.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Prior sales experience in a related field is an advantage (freshers may also apply if they meet other criteria).
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Agility and flexibility in handling challenges.
- Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-driven.
- Strong team player.
- Professional appearance: well-groomed, well-mannered, and presentable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
