Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female)
Experience Required : 2-3 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Skill : Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data to the accounts department.
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (digital and physical).
