Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage. Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
- Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
