Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with booking new services
- Handling Meetings & Good in convincing
- Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a timely & professional manner.
- Providing clients with necessary information on our products/services
- Prompt in Follow ups.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Making sure that all services and products are delivered to clients as per our packages.
- Handling inquiries received from different media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Website etc.,
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette & active listening abilities.
- Qualification: BCOM / BBA / MBA
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as a CRM
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a skincare or dermatology setting.
