Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls.
2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
3. Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role (freshers can apply).
4. Ability to work in shifts (rotational).
