Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in computers and customer service software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum UNDERGRADUATE, diploma or equivalent.
