Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times.
- Communicate with customers effectively through various channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.).
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members and other departments when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient customer support.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience in customer support will be an added advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (Monday to Friday).
