Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction & Support
- Handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assisting clients with test information, pricing, and sample collection procedures.
- Addressing concerns related to appointments, reports, and delays.
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Booking lab tests and home sample collection slots.
- Managing cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Coordinating with phlebotomists for sample pickup.
- Report Handling & Delivery
- Informing clients about report availability (via SMS, email, or call).
- Assisting with report downloads from online portals.
- Handling urgent report requests and escalations.
- Doctor & Hospital Coordination
- Liaising with doctors/clinics for test requisitions.
- Managing corporate/ institutional client requests.
- Ensuring timely delivery of critical reports to physicians.
- Complaint & Grievance Handling
- Addressing client complaints regarding service delays, errors, or quality issues.
- Escalating technical/medical concerns to the lab team.
- Maintaining a log of feedback for process improvement.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & empathy.
- Basic knowledge of medical tests & terminologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office.
- Problem-solving & multitasking abilities.
- Patience in handling calls

Pay: ₹18,224.11 - ₹20,521.36 per month
