The candidate should have:
Post Graduate Engineering Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical
Stream (PhD is desirable)
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience at Diploma/Undergraduate
level
Minimum two years of industrial experience
Good communication skills
Skills to create teaching and learning materials to prepare student
self directed learning process (SDL)
Knowledge on latest developments in the field
Prior experience in developing teaching and learning resources for
institutes/industrial training centers is desirable.
