Job Description:
We are looking for a committed and experienced College Professor to join our academic team in Bangalore. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and mentoring students, along with the ability to deliver lectures effectively and contribute to the academic development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate students in accordance with the college’s academic curriculum
- Prepare course materials, lecture notes, and assignments
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and classroom participation
- Provide individual mentoring and academic guidance to students
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and internal assessments
- Engage in college events, workshops, or extra-curricular activities if required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in any field (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, presentations, digital tools)
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
