- Manage and update the CRM database accurately and regularly.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure all information is logged in the CRM system.
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify customer trends, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and follow-ups through CRM.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
