- Generate credit card leads through field visits, in-store kiosks, and telecalling
- Educate customers on card benefits, fees, reward programs, and eligibility criteria
- Collect and verify KYC documents as per bank/partner guidelines
- Submit accurate applications and coordinate with the backend operations team
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly card sales targets are met
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
- Stay updated with bank offers, product changes, and competition trends
- Maintain proper follow-up, call records, and CRM updates
