The Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing content across all platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. The role includes working with various departments, writers, designers, and video teams to create, organize, and optimize high-quality content aligned with institutional or brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for all content (social media, blogs, newsletters, website, brochures, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, academic departments) to source and produce relevant content.
- Ensure all content meets branding, messaging, and style guidelines.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Upload and manage website and social media content via CMS and scheduling tools.
- Assist in writing content for campaigns, press releases, and internal communications when required.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Manage content-related databases, including photo and video libraries.
- Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content as per project timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, coordination, or related field.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and content organization skills.
- Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media scheduling tools, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
