EXPERIENCE :3years Of Experience working with consultant or 6 month if working with any corporate
AGE : 25-35 YEARS
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
1. Well verse in Corporate Laws
2.Handled Day to Day Secretarial Compliance's /ROC.
3.Drafting and Vetting Corporate and Business Agreements
4.Presentation Skills
5.Handled Court Matters and Ready To Travel Advantage.

- Knowledge of tender documentation & verification.
