Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under supervision. Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed. Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures. Assist with inventory and stock rotation. Learn different kitchen sections (hot, cold, pastry, etc.) and work wherever assigned. Support senior chefs in all kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Participate in training and development programs as required. Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Strong willingness to learn and develop culinary skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Culinary school certification (preferred but not always required). Working Conditions: Flexible schedule (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays). Standing for long periods. Working in hot and fast-paced environments.
