Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
- Communicating with client across the globe and Business Development for International exhibitions
- Strong communication skills
- Handling key accounts provided by management
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term association with them
- Extracting new business from existing clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Internal coordination for proposal/project deliveries
- Focus on project closures & negotiations with clients
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Exhibition (stall building & designing services) or events industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Previous experience in B2B will be a plus
- Freshers with strong English Communication can also apply.
