Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our corporate events team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional service delivery, and successful execution of corporate events, including conferences, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- Understand client objectives and communicate requirements effectively to internal departments (creative, production, logistics, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, presentations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the planning team.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure client expectations are met.
- Oversee event setup and execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and client satisfaction reports.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
