Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Bengali dishes with traditional flavours and presentation.
Manage overall food cost by minimizing wastage and ensuring portion control.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Innovate and introduce new dishes to enhance the restaurant’s menu and customer experience.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of fresh and quality ingredients.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
