Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time assistance to customers through our chat platform.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Empathetic and patient demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
