Role Overview
As Chef de Partie for South Indian cuisine, you will bring the rich heritage of Kerala and South India to life on every plate. With a passion for authentic flavours, mindful cooking, and elegant presentation, you will help craft dining experiences that balance indulgence with wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present refined South Indian dishes that celebrate tradition and wellness.
- Ensure culinary excellence in flavour, authenticity, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef in developing seasonal and wellness-inspired menus.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sustainability in the kitchen.
- Guide and mentor junior chefs to uphold consistency and excellence.
- Contribute creative ideas that enhance the resort’s culinary identity.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven expertise in South Indian cuisine, with professional culinary training.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Knowledge of nutrition, Ayurveda, or wellness cuisine preferred.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and a passion for guest delight.
