- Identify and convert catering sales opportunities for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, institutional orders, and offsite functions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event coordinators, and bulk order partners.
- Drive both B2B and B2C catering sales through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, digital leads, and local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams of Suvaii, Tanjore Tiffins, Navathanyam, and Vanamo to create customized catering menus and solutions.
- Prepare and present catering proposals, pricing quotations, and service packages tailored to client needs and event scale.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across catering and bulk order verticals.
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between clients and internal teams for timely preparation, delivery, and service execution.
- Organize and conduct food tastings, client meetings, and catering site visits to convert leads and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance the catering experience.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion data to track performance.
