Position(s): Senior Counsellor / Counsellor

Role: Manage Sales processes to engage and recruit students to foreign universities, develop and maintain key institutional partnerships.
Key responsibilities (will vary as per profile):
- Managing activities contributing to student enrollment. Such as counselling parents, group of students and giving detailed information about courses and universities.
- Analyzing and forecasting market demand and student admission trends.
- Building relationships with prospective clients through various mediums to aid and expedite conversion.
- Organizing events; representing the company at trade shows, education fairs and other events.
- Lead and database management.
- Brand and touchpoint management
Knowledge, abilities and skills:
- Presentable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and at least two regional languages preferred.
- Sales and persuasion skills; People skills, along with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospective clients and institutional partners.
- Being able to manage multiple tasks within a small, interconnected work-environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain lead and client records.
- Ability and the willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
