Reporting to the Sr Business Architect - Microservices Specialist will be responsible for the following duties and obligations:

We are seeking a Business Architect who will serve as a key strategic link between business goals and technology execution. You will define, design, and align the business architecture to support scalable digital asset solutions, enhancing our customer experience and supporting regulatory compliance, financial operations, and partner integration.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fintech, digital wallets, or blockchain-based ecosystems, and a solid understanding of business modeling, enterprise architecture frameworks, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities• Business Architecture Development: Define and maintain the business architecture across all RockWallet functions, aligning business goals with technology and operational capabilities.

• Strategy Alignment: Translate strategic initiatives into business capabilities and process models; contribute to long-term product and operational roadmaps.
• Process Optimization: Map and analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps, risks, redundancies, and opportunities for innovation or automation.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure technical solutions support business needs and regulatory frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executive leadership, product managers, compliance officers, and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Regulatory Awareness: Integrate compliance and risk requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, FinCEN) into business designs and workflows.
• Customer-Centric Design: Drive customer-first business solutions that support ease of use, scalability, and trust in digital asset management.

Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic business design role, preferably within fintech, digital wallets, or blockchain sectors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK).
• Experience with product development lifecycles, process modeling tools, and business capability mapping.
• Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency ecosystems, self-custodial wallets, and mobile payment systems.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., MSB, FinCEN, FCA) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills• Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain technologies, and tokenomics.

• Understanding of API-based architecture and cloud-native platforms.
• Agile and Lean enterprise experience.
