- Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately log all financial activities, including expenses, sales revenue, and payments, into the general ledger.
- Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle incoming invoices from suppliers and process outgoing payments, as well as manage customer invoices and payments.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in the company's financial records.
- Generating Financial Reports: Prepare basic financial statements, such as the balance sheet and income statement.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Consistently perform data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records.
- Payroll Processing: Complete payroll functions for employees.
