Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or feedback
- Handle billing and payments
- Give correct products as per the customer's needs
- Be polite and helpful at all times
- Ensure correct pricing and quantities during billing
- Ensure daily sales are recorded and reported correctly
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of billing or willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Honest and hardworking
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office).
