- Process and enter data accurately into systems.
- Maintain office stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
- Negotiate with vendors for better deals on office supplies.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information.
- Manage petty cash and expense records.
- Oversee visitor logs and phone call records.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and services.
- Distribute communications and assist in scheduling meetings.
- Operational Support:
- Monitor and maintain office hardware and software tools.
- Assist with IT issues by working with IT executives.
- Implement and monitor security policies for digital information.
- Reporting:
