EyeROV is India’s first manufacturer of commercial underwater drones/ROVs based in Kochi. Backed by GAIL, BPCL, and Kochouseph Chittilappilly (V-Guard & Wonderla), we deliver innovative marine robotics solutions for defense, disaster management, hydro power, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors. Our clients include DRDO, Indian Coast Guard, BPCL, Tata Power, NHDC, Adani, Maersk, and Indian Railways.
Role Objective
To drive EyeROV’s sales across Defense, Disaster Management, Hydro sectors in North India by owning the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—and managing critical relationships across government and PSU customers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual booking targets in North India
Focus sectors:
Defense: Indian Army, Navy, Coast Guard, DRDO, DPSUs
Disaster Management: NDRF, SDRF, State Fire & Rescue, Police
Hydro: NHPC, SJVNL, THDC, BBMB, DRIP units in Himachal, Uttarakhand, Bihar
Identify and engage government stakeholders, EPCs, and consulting partners
Handle technical sales, tender submissions, DPR discussions, and pricing proposals
Create and submit techno-commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and client presentations
Work with SDRs and Technical Sales team to ensure demo execution, product trials, and closure
Coordinate post-sale with operations for project delivery, documentation, and payment follow-up
Build a strong network of consultants and state-level partners across North India
Represent EyeROV at conferences exhibitions
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
5–10 years of B2G/B2B sales experience (mandatory)
Must have worked with government departments or PSUs
Experience with high-tech equipment sales (e.g., drones, robotics, defense electronics, etc.) is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Civil preferred)
MBA is a plus but not mandatory
Skills
Strong relationship builder with government/defense/PSU clients
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
Tech-savvy: able to learn and explain technical specs of robotics systems
Understanding of public procurement cycles, tender norms, and empanelment
