There are 2M+ temples in India, about 10k of them have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these places is a $10B opportunity. Sri Mandir is growing 20–25% month-on-month.
Role Overview
As an Operations Intern for Sri Yatra, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-booking experience for our users. You’ll be the primary point of contact (POC) for customers, guiding them through the journey with timely updates, support, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
Share and update the yatra itinerary and assist with any changes or clarifications.
Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
Serve as the single POC for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
Collect post-travel feedback to improve future yatras.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Empathetic, user-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Available to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 3 months.
