Required Skills & Responsibilities (for both roles):
- Preparation of tax returns and financial statements for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships
- Strong understanding of Division 7A (Div 7A) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) concepts
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills (especially for Senior Tax Accountant role)
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software/tools
