Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned by executives.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
