Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Audio/Video Solutions with 3+ years of proven sales experience to drive business growth in the professional AV sector. The role involves selling PTZ cameras, DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, speakers, and AV-over-IP devices across corporate, education, and government verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV industry.
- Meet and build relationships with clients, system integrators, and consultants.
- Conduct product presentations and demos with technical team support.
- Prepare and present proposals/quotations, negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Electronics, IT, or Business.
- 3+ years of sales/business development experience in AV/IT/Networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AV products (PTZ cameras, DSPs, amplifiers, AV-over-IP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle B2B clients.
