The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and target-driven Sales Associate to drive revenue growth in the Indian market. This role requires strong communication, an aggressive sales mindset, and the ability to connect well with clients in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the Indian region
Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms to generate leads
Deliver compelling product demos to prospects
Maintain relationships and work towards closing deals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of pipeline, conversations, and follow-ups
What Are We Looking For?
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred)
Takes full ownership of responsibilities and ensures timely closure without the need for constant follow-ups
Maintains a high level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
Believes in consistent daily efforts over occasional high-intensity work
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Confident and assertive in sales conversations and client follow-ups
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
