Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
In this role,
Opportunity to start a career in procurement and supply chain management.
Exposure to global procurement processes and best practices
Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement process including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and update systems accordingly.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of goods and services.
Support in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Handle basic data entry, reporting, and documentation related to procurement activities.
Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain concepts.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Team player with adaptability to learn new tools and processes.
