Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager, Lease Administration & Global Facilities Management (GFM)
The jobholder will report to the Manager / Senior Manager and will be responsible for a range of tasks mentioned below. 
Responsibilities
•    Communicating with the client through emails and MS teams
•    Creates reports as required to provide information for management decision-making
•    Works cooperatively with third parties, including, but not limited to, government agencies, contractors, vendors, and real estate professionals
•    Work preparation & allocation within the team
•    Prepare SOP and add other updates received time to time in the SOP
•    Extracting critical information from Lease Document (both from landlord & tenant perspective)
•    Communicates with internal and external auditors as necessary
•    Works with direct leader to identify and capture opportunities for repair and maintenance expense reduction
•    Generating Rental reports and ensure the Tenant is correctly charged
•    Calculate the rent & other charges based on the lease document
•    Preparing & Maintaining Lease related Data 
•    Assists with preparing feasibility analysis for new facilities initiatives and shows measurable results of tests
•    Ensuring accuracy of Documents and request changes if required
•    Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
•    Should be able to deal with clients on Phone for any query or information
•    Collects & Maintain Monthly sales records
•    Complies with privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information
•    Data management and Global Facilities Management (GFM) reporting with regards to facilities operations e.g. asset management reports, space utilizations, energy & water consumptions, project reporting, real estate management (REM) reporting etc.
•    Analytics support on project reviews, cost optimization, renovations, payments, vendor/contractor analysis etc.
•    Identifying opportunities of improvement on ESG related aspects for real estate assets
•    Supports business operations efforts to reduce total cost of refrigeration, HVAC and lighting repair and maintenance spend
•    Assists with analyzing operations procedures and processes to determine areas in need of energy efficient improvements
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    B.Com/Masters with some years of experience in Lease Administration & Global Facilities Management
•    Strong working knowledge of lease administration and GFM tools and reporting structures
•    Good communication and very good analytical skills
•    Good Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & ARIBA
•    Team leading experience 
•    Very good spoken English
