Role Overview:
We are looking for a hardcore sales-oriented Area Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and expanding the market for our range of hardware, plumbing, electrical & construction products. The role demands strong field presence, consistent dealer engagement, and a proactive approach to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Actively promote and sell company products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and resolve on-ground issues.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and suggest strategies for growth.
- Ensure proper coverage of all routes as per the schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass (Intermediate) / Undergraduate and qualified people are always welcome.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong passion for field sales and business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (based on performance & experience).
- Daily Allowances based on the route covered.
- Training and mentorship provided directly by the Director and senior staff.
