- Should be able to independently conduct in-depth site energy performance surveys to identify mechanical and Electrical inefficiencies within the facility and uses the information to develop and design a comprehensive technical offering which results in enhanced operational efficiency and costs savings to the customer.
- Determining energy baselines for the facility and Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) for HVAC and other utility equipment’s like Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers etc.
- Preparation of energy audit report which includes the technical description of the ECMs identified during energy audit of the facility (commercial building or process industry) and techno-commercial feasibility analysis of the ECMs.
- Works with the sale team, operations team and consulting engineers in developing the technical and financial components of the project to include accurate cost estimates, energy savings and labor requirements.
- Participates in the final customer presentation with sales by leading the technical discussion of the offering and responding to questions by the customer facility experts
