Role Overview
We're seeking an AI Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Product team while maintaining close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations expertise, product-led growth strategy, and AI implementation - helping our customers and internal teams unlock the full potential of Inflection's AI-powered marketing automation capabilities.
Key Mission: Drive adoption and optimization of Inflection's AI features across our customer base and internal go-to-market motions, translating complex AI capabilities into practical, revenue-driving marketing operations strategies.
What You'll Do
AI Feature Activation
Identify AI feature adoption opportunities across our customer portfolio and create expansion roadmaps
Design AI-powered workflows that demonstrate measurable ROI for PLG companies using our platform
Conduct AI feature training for customers and internal teams on advanced personalization, predictive segmentation, and automated journey optimization
Develop use case libraries and implementation templates for different customer segments (SaaS, DevTools, FinTech, Legal Tech)
Product-Sales-CS Collaboration
Work closely with Sales to develop AI-focused demo scenarios and proof-of-concept campaigns for prospects
Support Customer Success in identifying expansion opportunities through AI feature usage analytics and customer maturity assessments
Collaborate with Product team to translate customer feedback into AI feature requirements and enhancement priorities
Bridge technical capabilities with business outcomes for both internal teams and customer stakeholders
Strategic Marketing Operations
Design PLG-specific AI applications for trial activation, feature adoption, and revenue expansion campaigns
Create measurement frameworks for AI feature performance, adoption metrics, and customer success KPIs
Develop competitive positioning and differentiation stories around our AI capabilities versus legacy marketing automation tools
Build scalable AI workflow templates that can be rapidly deployed across multiple customer use cases
What You Bring
Required Experience
2+ years Marketing Operations experience with hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
Product-Led Growth (PLG) background - experience working with PLG companies, understanding user activation, product adoption metrics, and behavior-driven campaigns
AI workflow implementation - demonstrated experience building and optimizing AI-powered marketing campaigns, predictive models, or automated decision-making systems
Technical Skills
Advanced marketing automation - complex journey building, behavioral triggers, advanced segmentation, and multi-channel orchestration
Data analysis and SQL - comfortable querying databases, creating data-driven insights, and building performance dashboards
Integration management - experience with API integrations, webhooks, data flow optimization, and troubleshooting technical issues
