Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire agri-business clients across the region
- Promote financial products including working capital loans, equipment finance, invoice discounting, and supply chain credit
- Conduct financial assessments and credit evaluations to determine client eligibility and risk profiles
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in agri enterprises
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure seamless loan processing and compliance
- Monitor loan performance, repayment schedules, and portfolio quality
- Stay abreast of agri market dynamics, commodity trends, and relevant government schemes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
