Operational:
Conduct domestic market research and competitor analysis in the transmission line hardware segment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify and build strong relationships with EPC clients and strategic partners.
Drive sales growth and manage end-to-end client interactions, including tenders and proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics) for project execution.
Lead and manage the sales/marketing team, ensuring performance and development.
Submit regular reports to management and ensure compliance with company policies.
People:
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Identify training needs and support team development.
Ensure coordination across departments for smooth operations.
Maintain team discipline, motivation, and adherence to company policies.
Support in hiring and onboarding new team members.
