Job Purpose
This position primary role is to provide essential support to the collection efforts of the organization. Work closely with Billing & Collection team and other stakeholders to ensure payments and TDS processing, TDS & GTDS Reconciliation, vendor allocation and pay-out calculation and effective AR reduction. The candidate should ensure through audit dashboards that the Billing & Collection vertical are adhering to standard norms & policy compliance as laid by the company
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Customer data base handling on GST compliance
- ECGF governance & insights to core team on periodic basic
- Internal & External Audit reports
- Customer Master & Exception Management Control
- National Policy creation, Implementation and Monitoring
- AOP & Collection Agency Management
- DRT and complaint process management
- Contribution in process enhancement and automation to enhance billing efficiency and reduction in Bad debts.
