We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, maintaining office systems, supporting management, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and courier services
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and premises
- Assist HR and accounts departments with documentation and coordination
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
