Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and courier dispatch.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and facility services.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain stock of office supplies and reorder as necessary as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets as instructed.
- Help in managing bills, and basic record keeping under supervision.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Arts / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Internships or previous admin experience (up to 1 year) preferred but not mandatory.
