We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our administrative team. In this role, you'll be integral to the smooth operation of the school, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring everything runs efficiently. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere that helps create a supportive learning environment for everyone.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner
· Assist with organizing and maintaining school records and student files
· Provide clerical support to the school leadership and teachers
· Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
· Assist with organizing school events and activities
· Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and manage inventory
Qualifications:
· Graduate in any stream.
Male candidates only
· 3-5 years of prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
