Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Male Accounts Executive to manage the overall accounts function of our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in daily accounting operations, GST, TDS, and vendor/client coordination. Strong communication in Tamil, Hindi, and basic English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the Chennai branch
- Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and financial records
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with HO and local vendors regarding billing and payments
- Prepare GST, TDS returns and assist in audits as needed
- Maintain branch cash flow and petty cash
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up with clients
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 4 – 5 years in accounting (preferred)
- Location: Should be based in or willing to work from Porur, Chennai
- Language: Must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and basic English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
