Rana Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the infrastructure and construction industry, committed to quality, compliance, and timely execution. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our Lalru office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns as per statutory deadlines
- Compute and deposit TDS with accuracy
- Maintain daily accounting records and general ledger entries in Tally ERP
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- Oversee Petty Cash – issue, tracking, and reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports and summaries using MS Excel
- Draft official communications and reports in MS Word
- Support overall day-to-day finance operations and audits
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records
