ob Description – Accounts ExecutivePosition Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, vendor payments, documentation, and supporting overall financial management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record daily purchase, sales, expenses, and other transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment entries.
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable with accuracy.
- Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare GST invoices and filing-related data.
- Maintain records for TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
- Support in audits and submission of required documents.
3. Financial Reporting
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports from Tally Prime.
- Prepare MIS reports, purchase reports, and outstanding payment reports.
- Assist management in cost analysis and budgeting.
4. Documentation & Office Work
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, challans, and agreements.
- Draft letters, maintain Excel sheets, and handle documentation in MS Word/Excel.
- Prepare spreadsheets for inventory, salary, and expense tracking.
5. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers regarding payments.
- Assist management in account-related queries and financial planning.
- Support internal office administration whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.
