- Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle petty cash and daily bank transactions.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and account balances.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for all accounting entries.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment follow-ups.
- Support in filing tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents.
- Assist senior accountants in audits and internal checks.
- Data Entry for all the Company reports
- Compiling reports
